Oil sampling and analysis
Samples pulled from your crushers, screens and plant equipment on a set schedule. Analysis runs through an independent oil lab.

Scheduled oil sampling and analysis on your cones, screens and plant equipment. Every month you get a two-page report that leads with the verdict.
The problem
When a cone or a screen goes down without warning, the plant stops. Trucks wait, the crew stands around, and parts get bought at rush prices.
Bearings and bushings don't fail all at once. Iron and copper show up in the oil first, while the machine still sounds fine. Sample on a schedule, watch the trend, and the repair gets planned instead of forced on you.
Inspect breather and seals. Resample before next scheduled change.

What we do
Samples pulled from your crushers, screens and plant equipment on a set schedule. Analysis runs through an independent oil lab.
One report a month. Two pages max. The verdict and the action are at the top, and every reading is checked against the alarm limits in the OEM manual.
Oil and filter changes, sampling, and basic servicing of power units, done on site.
How it works
We walk the plant with you, pick the machines that matter, and set a labeled sample point on each one.
Samples get pulled on the same schedule every month so the trend means something.
Samples go to an independent lab for wear metals, contamination and oil condition.
Results are checked against the manufacturer's alarm limits for that machine and written up verdict first.
If a reading is heading the wrong way, you hear about it by phone. You don't find it buried on page six.
Equipment covered
Every sample is tested against your OEM's recommended limits for that machine, not a generic chart.
